OUR ACADEMIA

After the Novitiate, each member of our Order becomes an Academicus/a. At this stage of their path the Academici of our Order are called to follow the education of the Academia Serpentis and deepening their knowledge of the topics here proposed.

Although the Academici are considered to be members of the Order, they haven’t been canonized yet. Being an Academicus is an essential training to become a Hiereús, being therefore able to officiate the liturgies and share their knowledge about Samaelism.

OUR COURSES

Our Academy takes the form of a course of study with a free curriculum structure which aims to provide a method of analysis and all the theoretical premises necessary for understanding the complexity of the contemporary spiritual panorama. In order to complete their career in our Academy, the student must obtain 45 credits to be chosen among the proposed courses.

The study plan must include 11 credits obtained with the course “Propedeutical Latin to Liturgy” and 6 credits obtained with the seminars “Samaelite Liturgy and Legislation”.

The Academy is free for all canonic members of the Order and is a system designed to encourage both individual and collective study, research and analysis.  The teachings are made available by qualified teachers at a higher or university level who will take care of following each student in his training and educational path. Each course has a dedicated page on this website, to which the student will gain access after their subscription to the Academia. In this page, each scholar will find all the recorded lessons in addition to any useful informations to download additional material.
