OUR ORDER
THE STRUCTURE
Being an international Institution our Order is organized in Procurae, a territorial division headed by a Geminus Procurator, responsible for the correct development on the initiatory works and religious activities of the Order. Wherever you live in the world there is an Order's division waiting for you to join!
All the Order's Procurae are subjected to the authority of the Central See, which is called Magisterium.
The Magisterium is presided over the Ipsissimus Magister Templi, an elective role open to all the members of the highest rank, both male and female, without any personal discrimination depending on sex, sexuality, ethnicity et similia.

The structure of our Order, for canonic members only, is a hierarchy, where each person knows what he/she is responsible for and who is responsible for him/her. The following is the scheme of the Order's Hierarchy.
Every position in the hierarchy is open to all the genders, ethnicities and sexual orientations without any discrimination.
None of the position allows any violation of the national laws and any abuse of power or illegal behavior will be reported to the local authorities in addition to a disciplinar procedures within the Order.
Our Institution does not tolerate any form of violence, submission or sectarianism.

THE ADMINISTRATION
The Order's Administration is based on a tripartite system in which every element has the function of control the others two. This system has been adopted to embody our belief in dialogue, democracy and equality. Each one of the three administrative institutions has specific field of competencies and cannot influence the other two.

Magisterium: Presided by the Head of the Order, the Magisterium is responsible for every academic, liturgical and social venture. The ordinary administration depends on this Institution which overlooks the workings and the ethic in all the Order's Procurae worldwide.
Council of Eleven: Elected by the Plenary Assembly and formed by eleven Geminus of the Order, the Council is responsible for the extraordinary administration, the economical activities and matters regarding the psycho-physical wellness of the members. If the Council suspects an inappropriate behavior by the head of the Order has the power to force his/her resignation to preserve the Order's member from any abuse.
Plenary Assembly: Summoned twice a year by the Magisterium, the Plenary Assembly reunites all the Order's members, lays included, to approve any official document or any change in the Order's system proposed by the other two institutions. Everyone, excluded novices, can vote and talk in the assembly. All votes are equal.
